We cannot start changing laws because of a psychopath child! We have enough black men in prison- if we start trying our young black men who commit murders as adults we will have a unresolved problem. I know youngsters are impressionable to a certain point but a 15 year old...REALLY, she knew what she was doing was wrong, but proceeded with her plans.
