I don't understand what people see in reality television! Everyone either has a reality show or wants to get a reality television show. In Hip Hop we have had our fare share of reality television stars, such as Flavor Flav,Ice T, Mater P, Diddy and the lsit could go on. The newest person to add to that list is Hip Hop Mogul Russell Simmons.

Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons has finalized his own assistant reality series entitled The Russell Simmons Project, through the Oxygen TV network.

The show will chronicle Simmons' female assistants who are challenged with juggling his business deals along with their family and love lives.

Russells Simmons’s show will seperate itself from other reality assistant series because it will have a diverse, all-female cast, that is what truly appealed to Oxygen Network.

This is one reality show I think I will take the time out and watch becuase from what I gather the cast is diverse and its something different its an all female cast. I think people will more want to see a show of that nature and since its on the Oxygen Network I don't think Russell Simmons show is gonna be as ignorant or trivial as most reality teevision shows end up being.
