With all the bullshit surrounding 50 getting rid of Young Buck it seems as if Lloyd Banks got a few things he wants to get off his chest. According to Banks after dropping "Rotten Apple" in 2006 he dropped out of the spotlight to deal with his mom's health problems. Before the release of the album she suffered a heart attack, "I was doin’ promos and interviews and some shit like that and she had the first heart attack and I was there you know what I’m sayin." His moms then suffered a second more severe heart attack while promoting his album. "I actually had to get her into the ambulance…so this is going on before I gotta make my way into Manhattan. The album came out the 10th, I got the call on the 27th" says Banks. Banks also addressed the comments about him eventually leaving G-Unit, he really gets pissed off when people asume that he can't exsist without 50 cent. "People always say where would you be without 50," Banks says. "I don’t think about shit like that. That discredits all [the] work that I really did, the shit is over my head." Well Lloyd stop your crying and deal with it; we all got issues we got to deal with.

As I reported before The Game has taken his frustration to the studios, recording a track about his feelings. Now Mr. Banner is speaking out telling us his thoughts. "I was outraged but I've gotten to the point where I don't get mad anymore," Banner says. "I have to think logically. I think one of the problems with America is that we've adapted Bush's cowboy mentality to everything. With the Sean Bell situation New York is basically saying, "fuck niggas". "It pisses me off, I'm hurt and to a certain degree I'm scared, too," Banner says. "I got to be enough of a man to say that." I couldn't agree with you more, something has to be done, but if we all sit back, there will be a dozen "Sean Bell" cases. After being arrested for headbutting a man in London on Thursday April 24, Ms. Winehouse has been released free of charge. Amy received a formal police caution, which will remain in her record and could be used against her if she's ever charged with a similar offense in the future. She "allegedly" head-butted the guy for trying to hail her a cab. Chris Goodman, Amy's spokesman said the singer "admitted to a common assault by slapping a man with an open hand and accepted a caution." He continues to say "Amy was fully cooperative with inquiries and apologized for the incident." Despite all the troubles she has gone through in the public eye, Amy is ranking in at No. 10 on the London Sunday Times' list of the 100 richest people in music under 30. Winehouse rings up at $20 million while Brit singers Leona Lewis and Corinne Bailey Rae are each reportedly worth $12 million. That's a good look for Amy, she is just misunderstood. Amy keep doing your thing.

Papoose aka Shamele Mackie who is engaged to Remy Martin is being sued by Rocky Robinson, co-founder of the Bedford-Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps. He was approached last year by the rapper's camp to see if they could film some footage of the volunteers and their day-to day participation in the community. Instead the footage was used in Pap's beef video, "Ambulance," taking aim at rival rapper Uncle Murda. "I would never knowingly let someone use this ambulance corps as a stage to peddle his words about murdering somebody," said Robinson, age 67. Amazing! That's that young kid shit, if you're a grown man then bring it like a grown man. Stop all this freaking foolishness!

The Game talks about the tactics police use while on the street as well as the violence. "I'm outraged and speaking out for my generation that are afraid to speak out against police brutality and murder," The Game says. "I grew up in Compton and had to stay silent because of the fear that was prevalent in my community, but now that I have a voice I'm speaking out." Preach my brother, Preach! It is actually surreal that these policeman got off with not even with a slap to the hand...nothing. I feel more people, artists, politicians, anyone and everyone should come out and express themselves. Shit who's to say that won't be one of ours next time.

Amy faces up to six months in prison, which is the maximum sentenced for a common assault in Britain. “A federal judge has sentenced action star Wesley Snipes to the maximum three-year sentence on tax charges. Snipes’ lawyers offered three dozen letters from family members, friends and even fellow actors Woody Harrelson and Denzel Washington attesting to his good character. They argued he should get only probation, because all three convictions were misdemeanors and the actor had no previous criminal record.”

As I sit here by my computer, I stand frozen at the fact that these PIGS get acquitted, because for them they were just doing their jobs. That's bullshit, and we all know it. Officers Michael Oliver, 36, and Gescard Isnora, 29, stood trial for manslaughter while Officer Marc Cooper, 40, was charged only with reckless endangerment. Two other shooters weren't charged. Oliver squeezed off 31 shots; Isnora fired 11 rounds; and Cooper shot four times. In my opinion they should stay their asses in jail, we don't need that kind of people "protecting us". It's so sad that these men took oaths to protect the people and this is the monstrosity that they do. What is in store for our future, for our kids, for the humanity? This is some real fucking bullshit. They will answer to God one day for the awful act they have committed.

Ronald "Tinard" Washington, one of the main suspects in Jam Master Jay's murder was sentenced to a lengthy 17 years in prison yesterday April 22 due to prior offenses, including a series of robberies. Washington, who was a longtime friend of Jam Master Jay, allegedly confessed to being one of the two gunman involved in the shooting. The other gunman who pulled the trigger is still at large today leaving us back at square one with no leads to who did this to one of the most well known DJ's of our time.

It looks like the police arrested him after they were called for a local shooting and they found Treach driving down the block in the opposite direction in his hummer, while he was wearing a bullet proof vest. Film maker Jon Reiss is coming out with a documentary called "Bomb it" and it's about global graffiti. In it he explores the different social, marketing and political issues of graffiti. The film travels all around the globe from places like L.A, N.Y, London, Tokyo, Capetown, etc. It docments how different writers from different cultures incorporate graffiti into their daily lives. Around 200 graffiti artist were interviewed for the documentary. The film maker also spoke with Goverment officials from those places like T.A.G (Totally against graffiti). Omarion has been dropped from Columbia Records, according to a new report from Blackvoices.com. Omarion signed as a solo artist to Columbia Records after B2K broke up in December 2003. This is great proof on how record labels no longer believe in providing advance checks to stars without any ensurance of record sales. Translation - Omarion had star appeal but his deal was just not profitable for the label. I think this is the last of the trickery that artists pull in conning labels to give them hundreds of thousands of dollars based on sales that occurred over 5 years ago will no longer be happening. Maybe Omarion will do better on an independent label.

There will be no more Soul Train Music Awards. The Soul Train Music Awards which was the brainchild of Chicago DJ Don Cornelius decided it could not compete with the various award shows like the Grammys and the BET Awards. The show was the first to aim for African-Americans who were not cast in a positive light in the 1970's. Sadly in recent years blacks biggest stars like Beyonce and Mary J. Blige weren't showing up to the event. I grew up to this show that featured afros and platform shoes. The days of the brown turtleneck and bellbottoms are over. It is official Foxxy Brown is out of jail. After serving eight months at the Rose Singer Center for women at Rikers Island in New York Foxxy is a free woman, that is if the chinas don't get on her nerves while getting her nails did. She was greeted by her mother Judith Marchand and her lawyer NYC Councilman Charles Barron, of course she had her fans there showing support carrying posters and balloons. Foxxy is reportedly set to release of her long-awaited album, "Brooklyn’s Don Diva", which will include production from Kanye the man West and Swizz Beatz. The album should hit stores on May 13Th. The rapper is also said to have a reality show on VH-1. The best of luck to you, and Inga please don't spit on any more people that really isn't lady-like.

During an event at the Hollywood Bowl in LA, the DJ turned on one of Beyonce’s biggest hits, "Crazy In Love" as the fans sang in tune, Jay-Z stormed to the mic and yelled: “Fuck that. Sorry Bey but fuck that - let’s play something else.” Beyonce left the stage fuming. Jay meant it as a joke, but Beyonce wasn't having it. When he came off the stage, she let his ass have it, that's when the rolling of the eyes and neck start popping. I guess he got no play that night. Fifty feels he needs to address some of the comments ex G-Unit member Young Buck has been spreading. "He lives like a drug dealer," says fifty. "When the artist spends excessively to the point where he doesn't actually have that money anymore, out of desperation he says whatever he can say to try and fix situations." 50 also says that he loaned the rapper money for his tax problems, but Young Buck never tried to make good on the loan. "If he molests another woman within the next 12 months, he'll have to do 15 days in the slammer" reports the daily news. Mr. Spears was charged with "forcible touching" and admitted to "high-fiving" a woman's breast during his stand-up routine at the Comix comedy club in February 2008. So basically you can molest and fondle a woman and get away with a slap on your wrist, that's fucked up. I think he is a very good comic, but he needs to learn how to respect a woman.

"Although I’ve been busy recording my new album and finishing up my latest film, I’m happy to take one day out of my busy schedule to handle my other responsibilities," Ludacris says. "I want to touch the people before I get back on the music grind, and this is a way for me to do just that.” Luda will hold a grand opening to his new restaurant "Straits Atlanta" located in Midtown Atlanta, hosting a $100 a plate private dinner where the proceeds will go to the charities. That's whats up. We need that, our people need that. I really give Kudos to Luda and all the other celebrities who give back to people in need. This is a really BIG cause, and I applaud him for doing what he does. This year's fundraiser marks the second year for the event which has raised more than $200,000 last year for the Foundation.

In fact the most time he spent behind bars is 2 months on a gun charge and was given 3 years probation. He does have a half dozen arrest and did steal one BMW but that's it. They seems to think it's a marketing ploy to seem tougher and sell records. The only street he been on is Sesame Street. Is he the R&B version of Will Smith. Freekey Zekey walks away from a near fatal car crash yesterday while returning from a recording session. According to sources, Ezekial Jiles aka Freekey Zekey's white S550 Benz (2007) was involved in a three car pile-up at 115Th Street and 1st Ave in Manhattan, striking Zekey from behind while sitting at a red light. He spent the night at St. Luke's Hospital and was released with only minimal bruising. "I'm just happy to know that Zeke was not severely injured," said Juelz Santana (member of Dipset). Shit, I would have to bust someone's ass for messing up my ride.

Today the comedy sitcom "Under One Roof" premieres on the UPN network. The show stars Flavor Flav and another guy. The premise of the show is that Flavor Flav plays an ex-con who gets released out of jail and moves in with his rich brother. This show will go down faster than Eliot Spitzer,Superhead and will win no awards. Is anybody going to watch this crap. His acting range is shorter than Foxy Browns nails while in Rikers. I would rather get a colonoscopy test done weekly than watch this. Flavor Flav is a Bojangles type character. They should give him a top hat,shoes,cane and let him parade around. The son of the Frank Lucas from "American Gangster" fame gets arrested along with his manager. He and his mananger got stopped in Staten Island and after a check on their car the cops found a small amount of marijuana. After cops recognized who he was, one of them said "You're Frank Lucas's son and a rapper" and also said "You got two strikes against you". They both spent two nights in jail before pleading guilty with the condition that the charges will be dismissed if they stay out of trouble for one year. He plans to sue the city for 25 million dollars. I think the officer was wrong on one account. He has three strikes against him. His third strike would be his aspirations of being a rapper at the old age of 38. Who would be his fan base, senior citizens. This is the same as being 38 and still be rocking out in your parents garage with your loser bandmates. This guy must be collecting social security checks. He's better off slanging dope in the hood like his father did. Then again Hov (Jay-Z) sold drugs so you should'nt have too.

In a recent interview with "XXL" magazine,the rapper "The Game" reveals that he be having suicidal thoughts. He pretty much said that he physically can't please the world with his music and that people are driving him under Gods good earth. The rapper later broke down in tears during the interview. Who knows if his next album which is coming out June 24,2008 will be his last. He said that this album will be highly controversial. I think we have all been through tough times and i know from a personal stand point that suicide is not the option. This is coming from someone who tried to kill himself 10 years ago. Mental Illness gets a bad rap but if it were more accepted then maybe we can guide people on a different path. If i had killed myself ten years ago then my 5 year old daughter would not have been born. "The Game" should seek professional help and i hope he does. Nicole Spence filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission last month due to "alleged" sexual harassment from Kevin Hunter (Wendy's Husband). "Others have come forward since we filed the complaint to support Nicole's claims," said Kate Webber, a partner at Thompson, Wigdor & Gilly, which is preparing a federal lawsuit on Spence's behalf. "They say he often called women bitches and used alcohol, and they describe his violent outbursts against Ms. Williams." Wendy has gone on record to deny that any of these allegations are true. Neither Williams nor WBLS general manager Deon Levingston have been available for comment. Kevin Hunter could not be reached.

As we all know every 15th of April we have to report our taxes to the Internal Revenue Services. Those of us who are on the books pay these taxes to our Govt. and those of you who are illegal,lazy or off the books don't report. Wesley Snipes must call this really black tuesday. He did get aquitted on tax evasion charges though he might do time on not filing. He must be sweating more bullets than Al Sharpton fixing his boiler. I feel for the blackest dude next to Flav but then again if they put Ron Isley in jail then he aint too far behind. By the way, it's so contagious lol.
