New York Attorney general Andrew Cuomo is going after Film piracy.

As we know bootlegging is illegal and it cost the state about 2 billion dollars a year. N.Y Attorney General Andrew Cuomo yesterday had a press conference and proposed stiffer penalties to those who get caught. First time offenders would face up to a year in jail and repeat offenders will get charged with a felony. I must confess that i do purchase these kind of movies and am watching one right now. With everything in this country going up i feel that there should be a compromise on movie ticket prices. I can't afford to buy gas, milk, rice, beer, cigarettes and watch a 10.00 dollar movie. Can i atleast catch a little more than just a preview for 2 bucks or just show me the ending. This will affect us all in the minority community. This also means that Africans, West Indians and the Chinese would be out of work meng. The clarity of the bootleg does'nt bother me at all, i find it amusing when the audience laughs or you see people standing up to go use the bathroom while illegal filming is taking place. Their needs to be a common ground, the Goverment should throw us some freetickets with that rebate check meng. What do you think? Let me know. 40Master
