Hurricane Katrina Victim Wins $97 Million Dollar Lottery

My people, mi gente...We all love it when an underdog or person in an unfortunate situation comes out a winner and this story is no less than amazing. Carl Hunter is a construction company owner who lost both his homes to Hurricane Katrina. Carl , a regular powerball player had already purchased a ticket on the morning of Jan 16th when his wife called him and asked him to buy some milk. He brought the milk and with his last dollar he brought his second powerball ticket little did he know that he was holding a $97 million dollar ticket. As the cameras surrounded the estatic couple they said they had no immediate plans for the money but they do plan to focus on their retirement and rebuilding a camp lost to Hurricane Katrina. God bless the Hunters, enjoy!
