As I flew into Dublin this week in a comfortable flight on Continental, I looked down at the city lights and said to myself there has to be Hip Hop in Ireland. Despite my previously posted statement about no Hip Hop in Clonakilty Ireland - it does appear that there is some Hip Hop in Ireland. I found a great site Called RapIreland.Com which features some great commentary and concert events with event a recent visit by 50 Cent this month. In addition, the big buzz appears to be around the United Kingdom's infamous and Banned Rap Star Lethal Bizzle. Lethal is doing a sold out concert in Dublin, Ireland. Although I am about 1,000 kilometers (approx. 800 miles) away from Dublin in a small Farm Town called Clonakilty, it does in fact that there is Hip Hop in Ireland.
